Life coaching with Ami is a trip. It's about envisioning what you want for yourself and for the world, and going for it…

Here's a short list of Ami's sources of inspiration:

The Lubavitcher Rebbe would encounter someone and see not the man or woman or child in front of him, but the man or woman or child that that person could become. The Rebbe would say, "tracht gut, vet zein gut" – "if you think positive, the outcome will be positive."

Tal Ben Shahar teaches people the science of happiness. He works six hours per day in stints of an hour and a half. Tal says, "the best way to eradicate the bad is to do good."

Tyler Durden is a fictional character created by Chuck Palahniuk and played by Brad Pitt (Fight Club). Tyler awakens people to their possibilities. Tyler says, "It's only after we've lost everything that we're free to do anything."

Byron Katie woke up in 1986 from a devastating depression to the realization that everything in the world is exactly as it should be. Since then, she has been happily teaching "the work" around the world, with the goal of ending suffering. Katie says, "The only time we suffer is when we believe a thought that argues with what is. When the mind is perfectly clear, what is is what we want."

Hector Roybal was a peaceful, faithful warrior who fought cancer cheerfully and gratefully to the end. Hector would get people to envision their future and make the necessary plans to actualize it. It works… Hector would say, "live like you're dying…"
